If the apartment has a maximum capacity (e.g., 4 people) and the price stays the same regardless of the number of guests (from 1 to 4), it is sufficient to create a single rate for the maximum occupancy (e.g., 4 guests).

To ensure guests can find availability even when searching for a smaller number of people (e.g., 2), you need to enable the “Show also greater occupancy” option in the section “Booking Engine > General Setup”.

Example 2:

Price varies based on the number of guests (or with supplements)

If the price changes depending on occupancy (e.g., price for 1–2 guests is X, a supplement is added from the 3rd guest, or each occupancy level has a different rate), we recommend creating derived rates for each occupancy level.

This ensures guests can find availability even when searching for fewer people and allows you to manage pricing variations by level.
