How to Request Guest Documents via Web Check-in

Would you like your guests to upload photos of their documents during online check-in? Here's how to set up this feature.

Setting up the document request

  1. Go to Marketing > Web Concierge

  2. On the right side of the page, find the Documentation section

  3. Click the orange + button to add a new field

Customize the labels

You can create custom labels to indicate to guests which document to upload in each field. For example:

  • ID document - front

  • ID document - back

  • Passport

You can add as many fields as you wish.

To delete a field: click the [-] ❌ button

Important: remember to click Save at the bottom of the page to confirm your changes.

Making documents mandatory

If you want document upload to be mandatory, enable the appropriate option in the settings. This way guests won't be able to complete the web check-in without uploading the required files.

How it works for guests

  1. The guest accesses the Web Concierge

  2. Clicks the button to complete the Web Check-in

  3. Views the fields to upload document images

  4. Uploads the required files

  5. Clicks Save to complete the operation

Where to find uploaded documents

You will find the saved pictures, right in the details of the reservation, in the guest list section!

 

 

ATTENTION: if you have a multi-account, you can see the photos by accessing the booking details from your son account.

🔔 Note: photos uploaded to the web concierge are automatically deleted 5 days after checkout.
