During the creation of a new Extra, by selecting the options per day, per person per day, per quantity per day, the Quantity section will appear 👇
Enable this section by setting it to Yes, for all those Extra Services or Experiences that have limited availability.
After saving the extra, you will be able to access the calendar section.
You will be able to open the availability in the calendar for that specific extra, just as you would open the availability for a room:
If an extra with inventory is added to a booking, the extra's availability will be decremented (even if added manually).
Warning ⚠️: The price you enter in the extra configuration becomes the default price in the calendar. If you change the price in the configuration, you must remember to manually update it in the calendar as well - the system doesn't do this automatically.
🔺 Warning - there is no Calendar sum-up page, to see the remaining availability of all the Extras.
