Categories in Extra and Supplements

The three buttons in the Extra section help you manage the inventory of the supplements for your guests easily and properly, thanks to the new functionalities: Categories, Reservations and Statistics.

Let's see what you can do from this section:

๐Ÿ”ง Category management in Extra

Here you can group extras according to the area they belong toย 
(es. SPA, Excursions, Devices, etc.) make group modification and get more accurate analysis. Thanks to the Category button in the Extra setup page, now you can create, edit and delete categories that can be assigned to each supplement or service.

๐Ÿ“Š Category statistics

Here you'll get a more accurate overview on the most demanded services in your property. Access the Settings > Categories > Statistics section, to get this view

๐Ÿ“ƒ Reservations, the list of reservations containing the extras

By clicking on the Reservations button, you can get a list of reservations that include an extra for a certain period. That's an useful tool to get an overview at a glance on what you've sold the most, and to get the booked extras for the future arranged.

๐Ÿ”ฎ Magic wand of the Extras, linked to the invoice of a reservation

The magic wand in the reservation entries section updates the list of extras linked to that specific reservation.ย 
With a double click you can automatically add the entries to the invoice.

You find the button in the Reservations > Invoice/Receipt > โž• > Invoice Entries
