⚠️ ATTENTION: Before to use this tool, be sure you set up correctly your tableau and your real rooms.
On this section you will have the instant picture of your daily activities in your property.
It displays the current day on the planning 📆
Click on the calendar symbol to change the date!
With the buttons you see above you will decide how to filter results to show:
1) Decide if you want to show all rooms or if create some customized views.
For example: you want to have separate and distinct views for the ground floor and first floor, or you want each cleaning or check-in employee to be able to see only certain rooms in the Octodaily.
Edit the set up of the View
Place the boxes in a standard order on the screen
Add [+] a New View
Delete it
2) Increase or reduce the zoom on the screen!
3) Filter the rooms by typing the name/number in the Search box.
Otherwise, click on the icons to select respectively arrivals, departures and rooms to clean.
To notify when a guest has checked in or out and show it in this section, it will be necessary to enter the booking details and click here:
To change the room cleaning status (bucket icon) it is necessary to enter the tableau section and click here:
4) The following buttons will allow you to download the daily reports of your facility:
You will be able to download and print housekeeping reports . To know how is built up each report, check out our article!
5) The OctoDaily can be connected to Google Cal!
