The OctoDaily gives you the ability to print three types of PDF documents depending on the use you need to make of them. Let's see them together!
The types of reports that can be downloaded from the blue buttons highlighted are respectively:
🖨️ Planning room
This report is divided into two main tables.
In the first one, the individual columns indicate:
- Customer: Name of the room, name of the typology, any internal maintenance notes (broken washing machine), guest name, dates of stay.
In this section, the housekeeping notes will also appear, which you can insert in the booking details: it will be useful when you want to specify if a cot is needed in the room and if you need to specify whether to prepare a double bed or a single bed
- Pax: Amount of guests adults/children.
- Treatment: is the treatment booked by the guest based on the chosen rate plan.
- Status: it specifies if the guest is on arrival, departure or staying
- Arrival time: as specified in reservation details
- To clean: it says the the cleaning status of the room
P= To clean
C = Clean
L = sheets to be changed (according to the rules set in the Tableau)
R = to tidy up (according to the rules set in the Tableau)
ATTENTION: in this column the legends C (clean) and P (to be cleaned) will appear only for the days of check-in and check-out: these words depend on the status of the bucket (green and red respectively). For the other days of the stay, there will be the indications R (tidy up) and L (change of sheets) based on the configuration set in the detail of the specific real rooms.
The second table, on the other hand, indicates the number of guests for each Rate Plan (treatment)
🖨️ Room status - QR code
In addition to all the details described in the previous paragraph, this report also includes a QR code in the first column for each room.
In this way the cleaner can scan the QR code with his smartphone and report the room as clean.
🖨️ Housekeep Room
The third report was designed specifically for the Housekeeping department.
It displays the list of rooms (or apartments) divided by:
- clean empty rooms
- empty rooms to be cleaned
- rooms out of order
- occupied rooms to be cleaned
