Do you know that you can filter the automatic sending of your Templates?

In order to be able to see the options we are about to talk, you can access the Marketing > Email Templates section, either by clicking on [Edit] to customize an existing model, or on [Add New +] to create a new template.

Among all the setup sections, that are described in detail in the article dedicated to the Templates, you can set the Show Filters entry on ON ⬇️

The available filters are the following:

  • Payment (collect) received
    to send the message to the customers that have (not) paid
  • Web Check completed
    choose whether to send the message to those who did (not) complete the Fast check-in
  • Guest arrival filled
    for all those customers who have (not) selected an arrival time among the Additional Info.
  • Signed Contract
    for the guests that signed/did not sign the contract

According to your goals, for each entry you can select:

  • Disabled
    the filter will not be active
  • Filled/Received
    es. by setting the Signed contract on Filled, the Template will be sent to the customers who signed the contract 
  • Not Filled/Not Received
    es. by setting the Signed contract on Not Filled, the Template will be sent to the customers who did not sign the contract
