As you may know, by clicking on the comic located at the top right of your Octorate account, you can see the messages with the guests of your reservations:
Here you will be able to see all the conversations with your guests. You will see those that have not yet been read in green and those that have already been read in grey.
From here you can reply to the messages of your reservations by deciding how to send the message.
Through the portal (at the moment the service is available for Booking, Airbnb, Expedia and VRBO reservations)
Through the Octorate chat (web concierge)
Through Whatsapp web or Whatsapp Business
It is possible to insert attached files in your chat messages (1) and upload the email templates configured in your octorate account (2)

Is also possible to write an internal note that can help you summarize the customer's requests or perhaps leave a note for other colleagues who may have to manage the booking:
It is also possible to mark messages as unread, you can do this by clicking on the button at the top right:
Additionally, the new Octorate chat will also notify you when you have reviews for your Airbnb guests to do:
It will first let you know when you have a review to do. Then a second message will be sent to you as a reminder, 7 days later.
