In the details of your Airbnb reservations you will find the section to be able to publish and read your reviews.
In the Dashboard you will see this notification in Opportunities and notifications
This message will appear if you have had any airbnb bookings in the last 14 days that have not yet been reviewed.
By clicking on "Complete" you will see the list of airbnb bookings for which a review is required.
Enter in reservation details and write the review for your guest here 👇
In this page will appear also the review your guest will leave in your listing.
In addition to the reviews, you will be able to see the tags that your guest has selected for you:
🚨 ATTENTION: After 14 days from booking, if you have not yet entered your review, the system will send one by default. You will be able to set the values of your default reviews in channel manager > edit for Airbnb:
