We have updated the reservations page. Let's go and see together what has changed! The first thing you will see on the new bookings screen will be a timeline at the top with the main actions for processing the booking.
1) Reservation status: Reservation confirmed/ cancelled or awaiting
2) Guest list (not) completed: on this screen the data for the accommodation slips and the guests registered in the reservation are recorded.
Here you can enter the names of your guests and create your rooming list you can click on the guest list button to register your slips:
You can also enter the same data on the right side of the page and then click on guest list to register the slips:
3) Checkin (not) completed: indicates whether checkin has been completed by clicking on the airplane icon
4) Reservation (not) paid: by clicking on this point you will be taken directly to the payment registration section.
5) Reservation (not) invoiced: By clicking on this point you will be taken directly to the section for registering invoices.
Every time you make a change, the system will warn you to click on save with this orange message:
On the right side of the page you will find some buttons to quickly perform actions:
- Add extras
- Collect a payment
- Create a receipt
- Download the PDF file with the booking summary
- Change the room price
- Connect another reservation
The new booking page, with its dynamic graphics, helps you monitor the entire process of your reservations, from the moment of creation to checkout.
It is completely responsive and therefore easily accessible from any device, PC, smartphone or tablet.
