Do you need to disassociate reservations from a group or do you have individual reservations that you want to aggregate under the same reservation code?
In this article we explain how to do it.
If you have more reservations and you need to associate them because they are part of the same group, you can do so by clicking on add another reservation to this one button and choose which reservation to associate it with:
If you select this option from one of your child accounts, you will only be offered bookings in that individual ID. If, however, you want to link two reservations belonging to two different IDs you will have to make this change from your master account.
By clicking on save you will be able to see the new booking added, like a normal group booking:
Similarly, it is possible to dissociate reservations and therefore transform them from group reservations to single reservations, just click on Move a room to a new reservation
You will be able to choose which rooms you want to dissociate from the group once you click on the button:
⚠️ ATTENTION: This function is only available for direct bookings, both manual and from the Booking Engine.
It is possible to aggregate reservations with a difference of + 30 or - 30 days compared to the check-in date of the reference reservation.
