How to add an image to your email templates?

If you are configuring your email templates and want to add an image, we'll explain how to do it!

In the settings > email template section you have the possibility to configure your automatic messages.

You can customize them and of course you can add images.

To do this you will need to get a link to your image (this is called hosting an image).

Imagine you want to upload your logo image into your template.

First of all, we advise you to upload the photo in the booking engine >  images > logo section, from that same section place the mouse on the image and right click > copy the address of the image.

Go back to the template you are creating and click on the image icon:

Paste the image's link you copied in the URL field and save: 

 

Modify the width and height if you want to change the size

Your logo will then appear in your email templates. You can upload any other image, as long as it has been previously uploaded to the web.

PLEASE NOTE: As you may know, Airbnb no longer provides guest email aliases. Template emails for this portal will be sent via chat. In this case any personalized formatting or images will not be considered in the message sent via chat.
