Do you know that with Octorate you can register your partner Travel Agencies and assign a color to their reservations on your calendar?

In this post we'll see together how to implement this configuration step by step.
First things first.
Register your partner Travel Agency in Guest List
🗓 PMS > Administration > Guest List > ➕ [Add new]
Once in Registry of customers select Travel Agency for Typology.
Choose the color for their bookings on your calendar, from Internal notes > Color
When all the information are set, remember to click on "Save" in the bottom part of the page.
🥳 Congratulations, you registered the first Travel Agency on your system!
Now when entering a manual reservation you can assign the new booking to the partner registered from details:
You will see reservations in you calendar with the same color assigned to the agency.
Super! Now let's see how you can request to your partners the manual and direct entry of their reservations into your Octorate system.
How to create a limited Login for a Travel Agency
🔧 Settings > Users > Create new user > Permissions > Limit access to this agency
Creating a new user in your Octorate account is very simple. After registering the Travel Agency in Guest List you can associate the new user to your partner Travel Agency easily from Permissions.
This configuration is very flexible as well, so you can decide how deep your partner can access and collaborate into your system. Hope this guidelines will be useful!
