Do you collaborate with agencies and want to increase your visibility to receive more direct bookings?
From today it is possible to associate your OTA booking engine with an agency and calculate the commission for bookings coming from that site.
Let's see how to do it:
First you will need to create an agency in your master account by going to PMS > Administration > Customer data

From the agency profile you can set the commission percentage:
In the configuration of your property's OTA booking engine you can insert the link to this agency. To do this, go to booking engine > OTA booking engine and click on edit next to the OTA booking engine you want to connect to the agency:
Associate the agency with the OTA by clicking here:
All bookings that enter through that OTA booking engine will automatically have the commission calculated:
If you need to download an excel file with all the bookings coming from this widget, you can do so by following the instructions in this article.
With this new function you will be able to ask travel agencies to sponsor your site to receive direct bookings and automatically calculate the commission due.
