Need to set up cleaning fees for your facility?
The configuration to be done in Octorate depends on which portal you want to show this information.

If you want to configure the cleaning fee for your direct reservations, you only need to configure it as an extra in settings > Extras, click HERE to see how!
To correctly include this extra in the statistics calculation, we recommend connecting it to a specific category that you can create by clicking here:
By associating the "final cleaning" type to the category
If you want to set up this extra for portals, you should know that from Octorate you can send it to the following OTAs:
Airbnb
VRBO
Marriot
Holidu
Hometogo
To submit/modify the cleaning fee for these portals, you will need to do the following:
Go to Apartments/Rooms > Show, click on edit corresponding to the room/rate connected to the portal you are interested.
Click on Configure in the Channel manager section in your room detail:
Select the portal you are interested in and click on "download information from the portal"
When the upload is finished, check in the "pricing" section the value that was imported from the portal (if previously set in the ota) and change it:
Once set, click on Save and Send to portals
⚠️ ATTENTION: For all the other portals not mentioned in this article, the extra must be configured directly in the OTA extranet.
