How do you feel every time you need to access each individual child account belonging to your multi-property to set the same exact setup?
Did you know that there is a way to copy the settings directly from the master account to all the child accounts of your interest?
Access the Booking Engine EVO > General settings section of the mother account, scroll down to the bottom of the page and find the [Copy to Network] button on the left
The available options are:
BE | Main settings 🗺️
Copy the setup present in the Booking Engine in BE EVO> General settings section, such as arrival time, cleaning costs, etc. In addition, information such as the Time-Zone, PIN for cc visualization and the order of the Advanced icons on the calendar will be copied.
Pay | Payment profile 💵
Copy the settings contained in BE EVO> Payment settings about the various payment methods, including the Instant Booking settings, the Deposit setup in the Booking Engine in BE EVO > Payment setup section.
Pay.Proc | Payment Gateway 💳
Copy what’s in Settings > Takings and Terms of sale related to the Payment Gateways (including PIN for Credit Card visualization)
We.C | Web Concierge 🗝️
Copy the settings in the Marketing> Web Concierge section, including the activation of the restaurant service through OctoTable, if applicable.
In.S | Invoice settings ⚙️
Copy the invoice customization options from PMS > Accounting > Invoices > wheel button
In addition to the connection with the PA Digitale for the sending of Electronic Invoices and the Agenzia delle Entrate for Telematic Receipts.
The details in the Settings > Invoice Heading section will also be copied, both for the invoices related to Octorate renewals and for those of your customers.

Copy the details contained in the Settings > Property section (email, default language and structure language, manager name)
Just check the boxes related to the sections to be copied in correspondence with the property(-ies) on which you wish to copy them, and click on Execute to complete the operation!
