Need to share information about your calendar with a co-worker but don't want to give them access to your Octorate account?
You can share the ICS calendars that you find in the details of your rooms, in the useful links section, with your collaborators.
Room > Show > Edit (by the side of the room of your interest) > Useful links
You can provide these links to your collaborators who can then upload them to their calendars (google calendar for example).
With the first link, you will only be able to see the closures of the calendar and therefore when a room is booked or not available, without further information.
With the second link, ICS Calendar Link (Reservations), you will also see the main information of the reservation:
- Guest name
- Period of reservation
- Total amount of the reservation
