Follow these Steps to set up Real Rooms!
1. Access Rooms / Apartments section
2. Click Edit on each room and put correct quantity of that room type as you see here, " quantity available"
3. Go back to Calendar section and you will find in grey the real rooms to set up > Create Real Room
🔺 Make sure you have the PMS Real Planning entry ticked in the View menu
Click on each number you see here 👆and complete the form with the information requested:
Save the setup and refresh the page to display the new real room.
4. Now it's time to assign the reservation to its room
You will find the tab Assign Room as you see in the image below:
Move the reservation on the proper room by clicking on the reservation label and drop it to the right place:
