I forgot my password
If you cannot remember the password of your your Octorate account,
click on Forgot your password? right from the registration page 😵
You'll be asked to insert your email address
and you'll then be able to generate a new password.
The email will be sent to the address indicated in your user's contacts:

I want to reset my password
In case you wanted to change the password of your own account or the password linked to another user's account, go to the Settings > Users section👤
click on Edit and set the password again.
Remember: Password must be at least 8 characters with at least one capital, one small letter and one number.
You will also be able to click on the "reset password" button to send an email to your collaborators and ask them to update their password.

Two-Factor Authentication
For security reasons, we recommend that all users enable 2-factor authentication.
When you log in, a security code will be sent to the email address provided in your contact information:
You will need to enter the code in the appropriate field and click on Login.
If you have not received it after a few minutes, you can ask to resend it.
To reduce the waiting time for receiving the email, we recommend that you include an @gmail address and your phone number in your contacts:
