If the Web Concierge package is active in your subscription, you can enable the options Allow customers to pay inside your WebConcierg and Allow payment of the tourist tax in Marketing > Web Concierge:
In this case, you just need to redirect the guest to the Web Concierge through an Email Template so they can proceed with the city tax payment.
This will happen automatically only if, in Settings > Automatic charges and sales conditions, one of the Payment Gateways among our partners (such as Stripe) has been connected.
