In order to set the number of children and adults allowed in each room, access the Rooms/Apartments and click on Edit, against the room you want to want to update
In the Guests section, fill in:
- Guests 👉 the maximum number of people that can stay in the room, without making any difference between children and adults. In a nutshell, set the max. occupancy level (in case of a derived rate, the max. capacity of that rate)
- Infants 👉 enter the number of infants who can stay sleeping in their parents' bed. Infants are not included in the guest count, if you want to include them and also make them visible in your booking engine searches, we recommend using the limit adults/children tool.

In order to limit the number of adults and children that can stay in the room/apartment, set the entry Limit adults/children? on ON, then distribute the number of beds among adults and children 👪
By setting the number of adults in the dedicated box, the number of children will be then updated automatically, according to the remaining number of beds.
***In the specific example of the picture, the quadruple room with 1 bed for children will only allow the presence of max 2 adults.These limitations will be displayed in the Booking Engine, during the reservation phase
