Are you a property manager and need to make bank transfers to your owners? In your Octoblu account you can generate an XML file and make this procedure faster.
To use this function you will need to enter your bank details in settings > invoice header
You will also need to enter the bank details of the owners you work with in owners > show. By entering the detail of the owner profile you are interested in, you will be able to fill in this field:
After filling in the data, go to the accounting > payment lists section and issue the lists.
After saving a list you will find it in the listing. You will be able to select the lists for which you want to process the payment by clicking on the first column (a). You must keep in mind that only unpaid lists will be taken into consideration, those that appear with the red X (b)
After selecting the lists you are interested in, you will be able to generate the XML file by clicking on the appropriate button:
An XML file will be generated with the references for the bank transfers to be made to the owners.
If the XML flow contains different lists for the same owner, a single bank transfer with the total amount will be generated via XML, thus arranged in a single transaction. The description will always report the reference to the lists that the bank transfer refers to.
Once the bank transfers have been made, you will be able to set the lists as paid by selecting them from the first column and clicking on the appropriate button:
