Delete the ids you no longer need completely independently

If you have multiple properties linked in a network and need to remove an ID, you can now do it yourself.

Go to settings > property settings for the property you want to delete and click on the delete account button located at the bottom left.

The system will ask you to confirm your choice by manually typing the word DELETE in the designated field.

Once you confirm, the system will:

  • Deactivate portal connections for that property

  • Remove the property from the OTA backend (if present)

  • Remove the property from the booking engine network (if present)

  • Deactivate any users in settings > users

  • Remove the property from the property manager system (octoblu)

  • Deactivate subscription services

Remember, it's always better to create a new property from scratch rather than reusing an old ID to set up a new property. This will help you avoid potential problems and confusion in the system.

Thanks to this new feature, you can now independently manage the deletion of Octorate IDs that are no longer needed.
