Communicate with your customers via WhatsApp!

In order to use this service, make sure you have previously saved your mobile phone in the Settings > Property section, but most of all, that the customer saved their own mobile number during the reservation process!πŸ“±

And then, follow these stepsπŸ‘‡

From your pc, access https://web.whatsapp.com/ and follow the instructions on the screen to connect to WhatsApp web.

from the Email section, click on the [+] to select the template you want to send out, then click on [Whatsapp web]Β 

The message will switch to the Whatsapp interface, click on [SEND] to copy the message right to the chat πŸ‘‡

Your own Whatsapp chat will display on the screen.
Finally, click on the arrow to send out the template to the guest! ⏩
