Communicate with your customers via WhatsApp!

To use this service, first make sure that you’ve entered your mobile and landline number in the Settings > Property section.

It is also essential that the guest has entered their mobile number within the reservation. 📱

Once you’ve verified both, go to the reservation details and open the Messages section. 💬

Here you can:

- Write a custom message directly in the text field and send it by clicking the WhatsApp (Manual) button;

- Or, send a template: click on 📕 Add template, select the one you want, and then click WhatsApp (Manual) to send it

In both cases, clicking on WhatsApp (Manual) will redirect you to the WhatsApp interface. At this point:

  • Click Continue to chat;

  • Choose whether to use the desktop app or the browser version;

  • Log into your WhatsApp account by following the on-screen instructions;

  • You’ll see the chat with the guest already open;

Click on the arrow icon to send the message! ⏩
