In order to communicate with your customers via WhatsApp, make sure you have previously saved your mobile phone in the Settings > Property section, but most of all, that the customer saved their own mobile number during the reservation process!📱

And then, follow these steps👇

From your pc, access https://web.whatsapp.com/ and follow the instructions on the screen to connect to WhatsApp Web.

There are two ways of sending communications via WhatsApp to your guests! 😎
From your Octorate account, access the details of the reservation and...

📌... send a template! 📩
from the Email section, click on the [+] to select the template you want to send out, then click on [Whatsapp Web]

The message will switch to the Whatsapp interface, click on [SEND] to copy the message right to the chat 👇

Your own Whatsapp chat will display on the screen.
Finally, click on the arrow to send out the template to the guest! ⏩

from the Download Messages section, type in the message you want to send:

Click on [Whatsapp Web] and the text will be copied and sent the same way described in the previous paragraph!
