First of all, which of the below categories do you belong to?

You already have an Agoda account. You are just switching from another Channel Manager to Octorate >>>
Get in touch with your market manager to enable Octorate and disable the previous Channel Manager
You signed up in Agoda for the first time >>>
Get in touch with your sales rep at Octorate, and they'll help you out with the creation of your account. In alternative, send an email to sales@octorate.com
The Agoda account is ready, but you did not select any provider >>> Get in touch with your Market Manager to enable the connection with Octorate.

In order to go on with the connection, it is important that your Agoda account is active and completed (Pictures, descriptions, etc.)

Should you have any doubts, ask your Market Manager.

Once your Agoda profile is active and Octorate Channel Manager selected as provider, follow the instructions to go on with the connection

Access the section Channel Manager in Octorate,
click on Connect New Site and select Agoda

Type in the Agoda hotel ID, then click Connect! 🔧

Once you're done, send us a message via chat 💬 and we'll complete
the connection process!
