Access the report by
👉 clicking on PMS Real Planning > Accounting > Scheduled Takings Report,
if you have the PMS included in your subscription.
👉 clicking on the advanced functionalities button in the Reservations section
(screenshot here below), if you do not have the PMS included in your subscription.
Filter the list of takings by period and/or payment status ( not/collected, pending) and/or payment method, or access the Receipts Report with one click!
Payment collected will be in green ✅
Pending takings in orange with a clock icon 🕒
Failed transactions will be marked in red 🔴
By clicking on the orange button with the pencil, you can register a payment.
Octorate's Scheduled Takings system is the perfect way to keep an eye on credit card automatic payments! However, this tool can be used to manage payment deadlines with other methods as well!
For example, if you schedule any takings with bank transfer, you can set up the system to keep an eye on all those reservations that have not been collected yet, and mark them as Paid, as soon as you get the transfer.
