If you can't see your rooms available online and you calendar appears with red prices in this way 👇
It means that you set a stop sale on your calendar.
Let's see together how to remove it!
If you wish to deactivate the Stop Sale, from the menu Calendar > View, double click on the price box against the date and rate of your interest.
In the window that will pop up, extend the period (if needed) and click on Advanced Settings: set the Stop Sale entry on No, then save the changings 😉
The red case on the calendar will become white to indicate that the rate is now available 🍾
It is possible to remove it by using our advanced editor as well.
Select the period of your interest (1) and the double click on ST, you will see the box turn in green (2):
If you have derived rates, clic on the [ - ] next to the name of the room and click on the box of the rates where you would like to remove the stop sale
Then save it and the stop sale will be removed and your rooms open again!
