How to manage the deposit for cancelled reservations

In order to manage the deposit of a reservation it must be cancelled.

When you cancel a reservation with a recorded collection, this window will appear asking you how you want to manage the collection:

1. Keep the total or only one part

2. Make a refund, you have to chose the method and the amount

3. Transfer the payment to another reservation by inserting the code or the last name of the guest

4. If you don’t know yet, you can select the hourglass and put it on hold

5. If you want to hide the deposit in the details of the reservation click on the thumb

If you close that window by mistake, you will still find the option to manage the deposit from the details of the canceled reservation by clicking here:
