Follow these steps to create a new User 👇
access the Settings > Users section ad click on the orange button Create New User
Choose the credentials for the new user,
and pay attention to the requirements in red 🔴
then type in the personal data of the user in the General Information section.

If you manage a multy-property account, you can potentially limit the access of the new user to a single/few property/ies, from the Network - Chain section.
Set the entry on Yes, to enable the access to all the properties of the network. Otherwise, set it on No.
Click on the properties on your interest then, and use the arrow to move it/them to the right box. In this way, the new user will only have access to the selected account/s.
On the right side of the page, select the Permission you want to give your associate, based on their professional needs.
✖️ The Octorate section will not be visible to the User.
👁️ The section will be visible in View Mode only (cannot be edited)
✏️ The user will have the chance to both, check the section and edit it.
Once you save, the new user will get an email 📪
at the address you saved with a link to Octorate and their credentials.
At the bottom of the page you can also decide whether this user will be able to receive browser notifications for new bookings and new messages received.

You can configure a user by uploading a model based on the function that your collaborator covers. A user will be created with already set permissions, you will be able to save the user with the proposed model or make changes to the already suggested permissions.
IMPORTANT: You can decide whether to hide the sensitive data of your booking guests from your users by activating or deactivating this permission
- Would you like to log in to Octorate and access your master account directly?
In this case you should create your login user in your Master account. Access your Master account and create your new user, log in with your new credentials and you will immediately be on your master account.
