Block the assignment of your rooms

Have you assigned a specific room to a guest and want to be sure that this assignment is not changed?

Doing it is very simple!

In order to use this function you must first have configured your real rooms.

Once your tableau has been configured, just enter the booking details and activate the block room assignment option:

Or whether to block all the rooms assigned to the group with a single click, in order not to risk changing the assigned rooming list:

The reservation with the locked assignment will appear in your tableau with a lock icon:

ATTENTION: the function is only available for Hotel division types.
