If you have an apartment and you want to appear on the Google Vacation rental page, there are a few steps you need to follow.
It is not necessary to have a Google My Business account, you can proceed directly with the steps indicated below:
Check your room settings: In order for your apartments to appear correctly on the portal, they must have all the complete information, in particular:
Images (minimum 8) in your derived rates as well
Descriptions
Amenities
General features (size, number of bathrooms...)
All this information can be entered in the apartments > show section
Check the address in settings > properties is set correctly. Click on the orange pin to geolocalize it in the map
Upload credit to your account from upgrade > buy credit (at least 50 euros)
If you have a multi-account, just load this amount into your Master account.Activate Google in Marketing > metasearch
When your ad is ready, it will appear in Google Travel like this:
ATTENTION: Google Vacation Rental accepts a maximum occupancy of 6, if you have an apartment with an occupancy greater than 6, we recommend that you create derived rates for all occupancy levels, so that it can be visible up to occupancy for 6 people.
You will need to wait for Google to update its feed before you see the new structure online. If you don't see it after 2-3 business days, contact us via chat and we'll check it out.
