If you have the web concierge included in your subscription, you can ask your guests to complete their billing information before their stay.
How to do it?
First, you'll need to create an email template to send to your guests before their stay. In the email template, you should insert the variable Link to billing information
This way, your guests will have access to a link that will take them directly to the section where they can enter their billing information, within the web concierge:
