Please see the attached group reservations. We had one individual book 12 rooms. We want to issue one payment for them all. However, the payment only took for one room. Then I tried making an invoice for the other 11 rooms, but it would not let me run his card again from my end. How can this group be paid quickly and efficiently? Please advise asap. Thanks!
