Hello,  See attached. We had a period not stay during a date in the middle of their reservation period, and we agreed to refund it. We could not find out how to refund a middle date specifically, so we shortened the reservation by a day. It is showing the amount to refund , but it will not allow us to make / process a refund. Please advise.  It is for Voyageur Motel, AZ9GH1
