When a guest asks us to "hold" a room, and will call later to pay, what is the best process? In this image, I set the rooms in orange as "0" availability. But, I cannot add a note or reminder to say that this orange section is being held for a specific person (I want to add their name and contact info) so that another staff member could call them to demand payment in the next day, etc. or we release the room as available again. What do you recommend?
