Hello, for the email notifications of a booking, the check-in/check-out dates are currently shown in the number format YYYY-MM-DD. This is confusing to our staff because we are in a country where the normal format is to put the day before the month. For example 2022-01-10 will mean 1st October 2022 to the hotel staff and many guests, but in the Octorate email display format, the booking actually is for 10th January 2022. Is there a way in Octorate to reformat the notification email template so that it is more universally clear by displaying the date as 2022-Jan-10, or as 2022-10-Jan? All the OTAs give dates using the word, not the numbers for this reason, and I wish Octorate could do the same.
