Let’s suppose a housekeeper is taking care of the cleaning of room 103, where the customer Jeff Peterson will stay as of today.
Once the cleaner will be done with their job, they can take a pic of the room and save it into the reservation’s detail.
From the Housekeeping section of the Octorate App, they will just have to click on the camera icon 📷 then on the [+] button, either to take a new picture or to upload an existing one from the Gallery 👇
The picture will be associated automatically to the reservation and can be view by accessing to the reservations’ detail on the Computer, through the highlighted icon 👇
