Guest List for Agencies, Companies and OTAs

You have surely used the Guest List to create Customer Cards to avoid typing in regular guests' details, over and over again.

 

However, this section also enables you to create profiles for Agencies, Companies or external OTAs that can be then assigned to your reservations 🏗️ Let's see how!

 

Access the PMS > Administration > Customer data section and click on the [+]

First of all, select the type of entity you are creating the card for👇

Complete all the other details with the invoice data, contact details, etc. then Save at the bottom of the page. You will see the card created in the list of the PMS > Administration > Guest List section.

If you wish to associate a reservation to an agency, access the detail of a reservation and select the item from the drop-down menu.

From the button with the pencil ✏️ you can access the card config page to edit it, while by clicking on the plus ➕ you can potentially create a new card for Agencies, Companies and OTAs.

 

If you wish to associate the card of an external OTA to a Portal that's already been connected to Octorate, access the Channel Manager section, then click on the small pencil against the portal of your interest, then select the card from the dedicated section, on the bottom-right side of the page and save.

⚠️ WARNING

this section only shows cards that have been saved as External OTAs.

 

 

🔴 Remember - it is possible to create the agency card from the mother account 
and then select it right from the detail of the reservation 
also from a specific son account!
