If you are configuring commission rules for your owners and need to add custom values, we'll explain all the details in this article.
In the owners > commission rules section, you'll find all the commission rules you have already created. To add a custom value, you need to click on the orange + that you see in the top right. Custom values will be added to what is already provided by your commission.
You will then need to click on the pencil button to modify the values:
Write a name for your custom value and define the amount. You can set a fixed value per booking (a) based on guests (b) or per night (c)
Or you can set a percentage value.
You can also decide whether to add this value in relation to the booking payment method. If you provide an additional cost for credit card bookings, you can set the filter this way:
In this case, all bookings with at least one credit card payment will have this custom value added.
You can decide whether to further filter this value and apply it only to bookings coming from a specific portal:
Decide whether to add VAT to the custom value you have configured.
The VAT that will be added will be the one in effect in the agency's country.
