Thanks to your Virtual Concierge, guests will access the WebConcierge and contact you via the interface, and you can get back to them directly from Octorate!
In the reservation's page, you will see the history of messages, check whether they've been sent or read.
You can also decide to send your message via Whatsapp or manage them with the OctoMessenger: the joint system that brings WebConcierge and OTA messages together.
